Relax In Our Private Suite

Our private room allows for maximum privacy and relaxation. Undress to your level of comfort (either your birthday suit or a bathing suit is recommended) and enjoy as you alternate between the warm sauna and cold water. .

There are three levels of infrared heat, which benefit the body in different ways:

Arthritis

Conclusions: The results of this study show that the use of IR sauna as treatment is feasible and well tolerated in patients with inflammatory arthritis.

Headache

Conclusion: Regular sauna bathing is a simple, self-directed treatment that is effective for reducing headache pain intensity in Chronic Tension Type Headaches.

Heart Failure

Conclusions: Repeated sauna treatment improves vascular endothelial function, resulting in an improvement in cardiac function and clinical symptoms.

Dementia

The results of our study suggest that frequent sauna bathing may reduce the risk of dementia in men and women. This finding is in line with the results of a previous study on middle-aged men from Finland (Laukkanen et al., 2017).

Chronic Fatigue Syndrome

Conclusion: These findings suggest that Waon therapy (a form of thermal treatment in a dry sauna maintained at a temperature of 60 degrees C,) may be a useful and safe treatment for CFS.
