Experience a full-spectrum infrared sauna in the same room as an acrylic XR Cryo Plunge. The room is designed for clients to go back and forth between the cold water and warm sauna air during either a 30 or 60 minute room reservation.

Dementia
The results of our study suggest that frequent sauna bathing may reduce the risk of dementia in men and women. This finding is in line with the results of a previous study on middle-aged men from Finland (Laukkanen et al., 2017).

Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
Conclusion: These findings suggest that Waon therapy (a form of thermal treatment in a dry sauna maintained at a temperature of 60 degrees C,) may be a useful and safe treatment for CFS.
